Erie

A one storey row of storefronts at night. A continuous line of warm white light runs along the roofline above every unit, the brick columns below are washed from the ground, and a single car sits in the empty parking lot in front.
Erie. A long single storey commercial frontage in warm white, January 2026. The run follows the full length of the eave across every storefront in the row.
A two storey brick building on a street corner at night, with arched second floor windows and a balcony. A line of teal lights runs along the top of the parapet and continues around the corner onto the side elevation. The street and crosswalk in front are empty.
Erie. A two storey corner building downtown with the roofline in teal, April 2026. The run turns the corner and carries on across the neighboring elevations.
Two adjoining historic brick storefronts at night. Red, white and blue lights run along the top of the taller brick facade on the left, and a warm white run follows the lower roofline of the building next door. A pickup truck is parked at the curb and a bare tree wrapped in small lights stands on the sidewalk.
Erie. An 1889 brick storefront with the roofline set to red, white and blue. The neighboring building runs the same channel in plain white along its lower parapet.
A timber clad single storey bar building seen at night from its patio. Red and green lights run along the roof edge and along the canopy over the side windows, string lights cross overhead, and empty metal patio tables and chairs fill the foreground.
Erie. A patio bar with the roofline channel set to red and green. The run follows the canopy fascia over the side windows as well as the main roof edge.
A large two story stucco home at night, its rooflines, balcony railing and spiral staircase all outlined in red light, with snow on the ground in front.
Erie. A two story front lit in red, November 2024. The run carries along the balcony rail and down the spiral stair.
Close view of two roof gables at night, lit by alternating blue and white bulbs mounted along the fascia and the rake, with a white framed window below.
Erie. Two gable peaks in blue and white, December 2024. The bulbs are mounted along the fascia and the rake so the roof edge is what you read.

Longmont

Night photograph of a two-story suburban house with a stone and siding front. A continuous line of warm white bulbs runs the full width of the porch and garage roof, then up the gable and along the eaves of the upper floor. A single-car and a two-car garage door sit below, bare trees frame the driveway, and fallen leaves cover the lawn.
Longmont. A two-story front in warm white, November 2024. The run carries across the garage roof, up the gable and along the second floor eave without a break.
Night photograph of a low commercial building with a stone-column entry canopy over a drive. Red, green, blue and amber bulbs outline the canopy gable and continue along the eave of the wing to the right. The covered entry and the columns are washed with light from below.
Longmont. A commercial entry canopy and the front roofline in mixed color, December 2024. The canopy gable and the eave of the wing beside it are lit from the same run.
Night photograph of a two-story house in stucco with a stone base. Alternating red and white bulbs run along every roofline, down the covered porch posts, around the porch opening and around the garage door. A wreath hangs on the front door and the lawn is winter grass.
Longmont. A two-story elevation and covered porch in red and white. The porch posts and the garage opening are outlined with the same channel as the roofline, so the whole front changes color together.

Breckenridge

Night view of a two story Main Street storefront with warm white points of light outlining two gable roofs and running vertically down the brick piers between the shopfronts. Lit shop windows show eyewear displays on the left and a candy counter on the right, with snow on the steps and a dark sky above.
Breckenridge. A two story Main Street storefront in warm white. The run follows both gables and then turns down the brick piers between the shopfronts.
Wide dusk view of a row of three gabled shop buildings, each roof edge traced with evenly spaced warm white lights, under a deep blue sky with bare trees in front and snow covered mountains behind.
Breckenridge. A row of ski shops in warm white, March 2025. Each gable carries its own run along the rake board.
Dusk view of a dark green wood sided commercial building with red window trim. Warm white lamps sit in a red channel that follows the eaves and the gable edges. Icicles hang from the roof edge and snow sits on the shingles.
Breckenridge. A green commercial frontage lit in warm white, March 2025. The channel is painted red to match the fascia it is mounted on.
Daylight close view looking up at a roof eave. A slim red channel with evenly spaced round lenses is fixed to the red fascia board and turns the corner of a dark green sided building with tan trim, against a blue sky.
Breckenridge. A daylight look at the channel under the eave, painted red to match the fascia. The run carries around the corner of the building without a break.

Across the Front Range

Looking up at the front corner of a two story house against a clear blue sky. A slim light channel is mounted under the eave and continues up the angled gable rake, painted dark bronze to match the trim, with small round lenses spaced evenly along its length.
Firestone. A daylight view of the channel running the eave and up the gable rake. The channel is painted to the bronze trim, so with the lights off it reads as part of the fascia.
A close upward view of a cream soffit and fascia on a gray sided house. A slim channel with evenly spaced round lenses runs along the underside of the eave, steps down to a lower eave, and passes behind a cream downspout elbow that turns around the corner.
Firestone. The eave channel carried past a downspout elbow, in February 2025. The run steps down with the roof line and the channel is painted cream to match the fascia.
A craftsman house photographed at night, with a steep front gable over a covered porch. Warm white bulbs run along the gable rake and across the porch eave, and the porch posts are wrapped with the same bulbs. A dark picket fence and ornamental grasses stand in front, with the road in the foreground.
Lafayette. A craftsman front in warm white, December 2023. The run traces the gable rake and carries along the porch eave, and the porch posts are wrapped to match.
A contemporary flat roof house at night. Red and warm white bulbs alternate along two levels of flat roofline, around the top and sides of the garage door, and across a horizontal porch railing. A stone chimney column separates the garage from the covered entry, with concrete steps and a driveway in the foreground.
Westminster. A single story contemporary front in red and warm white, December 2023. The same run carries off the flat roofline onto the garage header and along the porch rail.

Close up

Close view of the peak of a gable roof in daylight. A red aluminum channel runs up both sides of the roof edge and meets at a rounded corner fitting at the very top, with round white lenses spaced evenly along it. Bare plywood and a dark green board sit underneath.
Channel carried over a gable peak and painted red to match the fascia, March 2025. A molded corner piece turns the point so the run does not break at the top.
Looking up at the eave corner of a dark green house with yellow trim. A red channel with evenly spaced white lenses runs along the roof edge and away to the left, above a strip of unpainted wood trim. A window and a bare tree branch are in the frame.
Channel run along the eave of a dark green house and painted red to match the fascia, March 2025. The trim board below it was still bare wood the day this was taken.

Two questions people ask about these

Are these your own installs?

Yes. Every photograph on this page was taken on one of our own jobs, and each caption says what was lit and when. There is no stock photography and no rendering here, which is why some of them are phone pictures taken from the street rather than studio shots.

Can I see what it would look like on my house?

Yes, before you spend anything. At the free on-site visit we measure the roofline, read your trim color and draw the lighting onto a photograph of your own house. It takes about 45 minutes and you keep the mockup whether you buy or not.
