How do I get a quote?

Call (720) 986-9449 or email info@leatherbacklighting.com, and we book a free on-site visit. The visit runs about 45 minutes and produces two things you keep whether you buy or not: a mockup of your own house with the lighting drawn on it, and a written quote good for 15 days. There is also a short form at /request-quote/. The number itself still depends on a roofline somebody has measured.

You can check the arithmetic before anyone comes out. The every day price is $25.00 a foot installed. Add $345 once for the Sentinel controller and that is the whole calculation: your footage times the rate, plus one controller. Financing runs through Wisetack with 0% options.

What happens when I call?

You get the arithmetic on your own footage over the phone, before anybody books a visit to tell you the price. If it is worth going further, we set a date for the free on-site visit, and an install date is agreed only once the written quote is in front of you. Nothing is owed for the visit, the mockup or the quote.

The number reaches people who have been on these roofs rather than an out of state call center, and the owner handles any dispute personally, so there is one person accountable from the first call onward. Service visits on a system we installed are free for five years. Outside the posted hours we are on call 24/7.

Where we work

Where are you based, and how far do you travel?

We are based at 1840 Delaware Pl in Longmont, and we install across the Front Range: Erie, Longmont, Broomfield, Loveland, Boulder, Lafayette and Louisville. We also take mountain work in Summit County, which runs as its own service area rather than as part of that list. The Front Range list is kept short on purpose, because a service call is only worth promising if somebody can actually get to you.

Erie is the town we work in most. 86 of our installs are on Erie addresses, and we lit more than twenty businesses on Briggs Street working alongside the City of Erie. If your town is not on the list above, call and ask rather than guessing: the answer is sometimes no, and that is better said on the phone than after a visit.

When can I reach you?

Monday to Friday 8 to 6, Saturday 10 to 2, closed Sunday. Those are the hours the phone is staffed and the hours a free on-site visit can be booked into. We are on call 24/7 on top of them.

October to December is the busy stretch of our year, so a visit booked in that window sits further out than the same visit booked in spring. Email at info@leatherbacklighting.com reaches us at any hour and the phone is the faster of the two, so use email for the things you want on the record and the phone for anything you want answered today.
